Your Voice & Vision Workshop Facilitators
Come Back To Easeful Expression That Feels Like You
Voice & Vision unfolds as a dialogue between image and sound.
In morning visual journaling sessions with Lisa Sonora, you’ll work in a sketchbook using a variety of art materials, collage, and writing.
The focus is on observation, curiosity, and inquiry rather than technique or outcome.
Drawing inspiration from the sketchbooks of Leonardo da Vinci and others who kept visual notebooks—where words, images, and ideas lived side by side—visual journaling is offered as a way of thinking on the page and giving form to inner experience without needing experience in making art.

Feel at Home with Your Own Voice
Voice & Vision is not a workshop - it is a transformation!
The afternoons are dedicated to bodywork, breath and voice!
Releasing tension gently and deeply will allow you to recharge your energy!
We work with the voice that emerges when you feel truly connected to
your breath. Once your energies expand and your heart opens your voice will
feel like velvet and bring you back home to yourself.
The work feels playful, fun and also meditative and deep.
We will also free up our vowels as they are the carriers of our emotions.
Find out which vowel needs support in your voice and see your
vocal abilities expand from there!
You can bring a song you like, you can improvise or you can simply
let your voice lead the way - this is an invitation to
listen and follow. Everyone will have the chance to get guidance
and exercises tailored to their unique needs.
"...few singers realise that the vowel is the soul of the voice, the soul of the word,..."
- Herbert-Caesari
The work will be gentle. It will be tailored to your level of comfort. Applying the work to singing songs is included for those who would like to sing. It is not a requirement.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ITALY AND THE CREATIVE PROCESS!
Frascati has long been a place of retreat and study—close to Rome, yet removed enough for attention to settle.
You'll experience "La Dolce Vita" firsthand, becoming inspired by the beauty, art, architecture and nature around you.
Our sessions take place at the Museo Tuscolano Scuderie Aldobrandini, where world history as well as modern art shape the atmosphere.
Over five days, the sustained rhythm of shared practice creates something increasingly rare: continuity and connection - allowing perspectives to shift, senses to open and attention to deepen.
Evenings are intentionally open, giving you time to absorb the day’s discoveries at your own pace. Whether through a shared meal, a walk through town, or quiet time alone, the work continues to unfold naturally and with ease.

We Created The Voice & Vision Workshop For You
Voice and Vision — A transformative Reset for Creatives
It takes stepping away from the demands of everyday life to reconnect to the "other" you.
It takes time to release tension, soften control, and rebuild from authenticity.
That’s why we created Voice and Vision:
A space for you to go inward—beyond technique, beyond judgment—and reconnect with the creative flow that feels easy, abundant and joyful.
What You’ll Experience
Mornings: Creative Exploration
Through journaling and visual expression—collage, drawing, painting—you’ll access parts of your creative voice that don’t live in scripts or scores.
This is raw, personal, and process-driven work.
Not performance. Not perfection.
A chance to listen to your instincts, your imagination, your inner storyteller—the very source that brings depth and truth to your work on stage.
Afternoons: Body, Breath & Voice
You’ll reconnect with your instrument in a new way.
Through guided body and voice work, you’ll explore what it means to:
- Release habitual tension
- Breathe fully and freely
- Access a more grounded, open, and authentic voice
This is where technique meets play—where your voice becomes not just controlled, but alive.
When you soften, you become more available.
When you reconnect to yourself, you become empowered in anything you do.
Whether you’re feeling blocked, burnt out, or simply seeking deeper creative truth—this workshop offers a way back.
Back to your instincts.
Back to your voice.
Back to the joy of creating.
Back to feeling good enough!!!
Surrounded by the beauty of Italy—the light, the food, the rhythm of life—you’ll be held in a space that nurtures both the artist and the human being.
And alongside a group of like-minded creatives, you’ll remember:
Your artistry doesn’t come from striving—it comes from being connected.
If you are seeking more of yourself - you will find it here.
If you are ready to return to your creative roots - you will find it here.
Take a chance on your artistry.
No prior experience is required. All you need is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
